the staff was very helpful and cute, ACCEPTABLE.
i found the cleanliness lacking. the room smelled musty, disappointing. also, i spotted a cockroach in my room, it was a disturbing sign of poor hygiene.

Fantastic Stay in the City!

The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and Piumi responded immediately to any requests I had. The housekeeping department, especially Hirusha, offered great and friendly service. The breakfast buffet presented a mix of local and western food options each morning, which I considered a nice touch. The fresh juice selection stood out. The room on the 6th floor provided a beautiful ocean view where I could see the train pass every morning.
The room windows unfortunately would not open .

The room included a spacious bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body cream, clean towels, and a hairdryer, and it was well-kept. The wallpaper gave the room a unique touch. Complimentary water bottles and tea and coffee packets were replenished daily, I noticed.

Breakfast offered both local and international cuisine, which suited various tastes. Fresh omelettes and Sri Lankan hoppers were made to order, prepared by two cooks. A set menu allows ordering at any time in the seated dining area or via room service.

The front desk staff ensured a seamless check-in experience, I appreciated this. Staff swiftly resolved any concerns with the room. The hotel manager remained attentive to issues and sought resolutions IMMEDIATELY!!!
